Today, the formal verification has been successfully completed without any remarks, which is the final step in product development. The system now meets the requirements of customers and authorities for medical devices. This means that NanoEcho’s commercial imaging system is fully developed and ready to be used on patients in clinical studies.
“This is a fantastic achievement by our team who have successfully developed our innovative system entirely according to plan. The journey began in the research laboratory at Lund University and has now led to a commercial imaging system that is ready to be used on patients in clinical studies. NanoEcho is thus making a clear positional shift, and we are now focusing all our efforts on the clinical phase,” says Linda Persson, CEO of NanoEcho.
