Only personnel that need access to personal data to carry out their duties and fulfil NanoEcho’s obligations will have access to personal data. Right to register transcripts You have the right to request extracts from NanoEcho and our records/systems where your personal data is processed, to obtain information about what personal data relating to you that NanoEcho is processing, and how it is processed. NanoEcho is the controller, which means that we are responsible for the processing of your personal data and the protection of your rights in relation thereto. NanoEcho maintains processor agreements with suppliers and partners to ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with this policy.
