The personal data that we process is largely collected when you submit it to us yourself.

With whom do we share your personal data?

We strive to only share personal data with our processors. If it is necessary in order to perform the balancing of interests and fulfil our legal obligations, we may share your personal data with a law firm engaged by us, financial institutions, authorities, and our IT department.

How do we protect and store your personal data?

We have practices and working procedures in place to ensure the safe handling of your personal data. Only personnel that need access to personal data to carry out their duties and fulfil NanoEcho’s obligations will have access to personal data. Our security systems have been developed with your privacy in mind and offer a very high degree of protection against intrusion, destruction and other incidents that could pose a risk to your privacy. We have our own IT officers and implement IT security measures to ensure the safe processing of your personal data.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing and to the extent we have a legal basis to do so.

Your rights
Request of correction or deletion

Right to correction/deletion You have the right to request that your personal data is corrected or deleted. You also have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to such processing pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation or applicable national privacy regulations. Following such a request, we will examine whether there is reason to make such changes.

Right to register transcripts You have the right to request extracts from NanoEcho and our records/systems where your personal data is processed, to obtain information about what personal data relating to you that NanoEcho is processing, and how it is processed. If you have any questions regarding the processing of personal data, consider them to be incorrect, wish to request rectification, deletion or restriction, or wish to object to the processing, please contact us.

Please keep in mind that we may have a right to deny your request if legal obligations prevent us from accommodating your request.

The controller and our processors

NanoEcho is the controller, which means that we are responsible for the processing of your personal data and the protection of your rights in relation thereto. NanoEcho maintains processor agreements with suppliers and partners to ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with this policy.
